The problems that we encountered were a combination of a total lack of organization using Outlook, the inability to effectively access my information from remote locations, the inability to organize my information into meaningful buckets (including emails, documents, faxes, scans and notes), the inability to share our information with my partners (on a real-time bases) and last, but not least, the inability to effectively employ document management with version control.
We have looked at many software programs before deciding on VFC. Most of what I looked at either focused on the sales management, or were full blown ERP programs…that were totally outside my budget. Other than VFC, we have found no other programs that address everything that an office (no matter what line of business) needs to effectively function.
Carmel vision has been able to incorporate a very large array of functions into a very reasonably priced software offering. We have found that VFC is a sophisticated software offering and strongly suggest that every small-medium sized business needs to at least look at it.

VFC saves me time when performing tasks that I need to complete a client project as they can all be performed using the VFC application. It is a great product.
