With VFC all documents are automatically archived and linked to your contacts, companies, categories and jobs entities, so you never you have to waste precious time retrieving them again. Therefore, by simply selecting an entity, such as a contact or shared project, you can instantly see all files associated with them, just like with emails.
Document CategoriesVFC can also create document folders for you and will automatically create the folders everytime an new entity is created and can even add them to existing contacts. With this great feature, you'll never need to waste time in creating the same folders over and over.

Copy & Paste / Drag & DropThanks to our easy-to-use GUI, with a single click, you can access all of your local and network files right from within VFC. Files can then be easily placed into the VFC Document Depot by either copy and paste or drag and drop. You can also copy and paste or drag and drop any files from your desktop or windows explorer to the Depot.
