As with emails, all activities associated with a project will be automatically & neatly filed away under their respective collection baskets. Team members need only select a shared project entity and with a single click can view
all emails, faxes, documents, voice recordings, telephone calls, calendar events and notes associated with it.
When sending a team email, the email will be broadcasted to all other team members. Non-VFC users who are part of this project can even reply to the email and it will be automatically shared and linked.

Complete Project Collaboration
Any activity can be linked to a project entity such as a document (full document collaboration capabilities), picture, fax, voice recording, scan, note, email and calendar event and will be automatically shared with the rest of the team, via the shared team view. Members of the team will be able see all other team members and add any activities stated above. Therefore, by simply selecting a shared project, a user can distribute emails, faxes, files, voice recordings, calendar events and notes associated with that job. No other collboration software in the world can offer such a manageable approach!
